The new facility—we’re affectionately calling it The Shark Tank for nowwill feature two state-of-the-art pools, spectator seating, and modern amenities to support athletes, families, and the broader community. Designed with access, competition, and connection in mind, it will meet the growing demand for aquatics at every level.

opening the door to broader community access, from open-swim time for families to connect, to private events and therapeutic aquatics programming.

offering early water safety programs for young children and caregivers, laying the foundation for a lifetime of safe aquatic experiences.

allowing NTA to expand its swim lesson offerings, reducing waitlists and reaching more children at every skill level.

NTA Competitive Swim

giving NTA’s competitive swim team a dedicated home, expanding access for current athletes and opening doors for new talent.

Water Polo

establishing a regional hub for water polo, supporting the sport’s rapid growth and providing dedicated space for practices, games, and tournaments.

Masters Swimming

creating dedicated space for Masters swimming, giving adult swimmers of all levels the opportunity to train, compete, and build community.

About NTA

Champions for Aquatics, Partners for the Region

New Trier Aquatics is honored to lead the fundraising initiative to create a world class aquatics center to support the entire community.

Founded in 1982, NTA is a non-profit organization that offers year-round instruction, training and competition for athletes of all ages and abilities.

Since founding and via our namesake, NTA has stayed closely partnered with New Trier High School.
