More Than a Pool: A Platform for Growth.

Overflowing Demand.
Undersized Facilities.
It's Time to Build.

Every lane is full. Every lesson is waitlisted. Every team is out of space. The demand for aquatics programming in our community has outgrown the available facilities—limiting access, safety, and opportunity. This purpose-built, state-of-the-art aquatics center will ensure that every swimmer—from toddlers taking their first splash to elite athletes competing at the highest level—has a place to grow, compete, and belong.

Competitive Swimming

The proposed facility would double NTA's capacity and support the growing demand for top-tier aquatic education and community engagement.

Water Polo

NTA Swim School

The Facts

  • Almost 240,000 residents live in the townships and villages that NTA serves

  • USA Swimming guidelines suggest 20-22 indoor 50-meter lanes per 100,000 residents

There is not a single indoor 50-meter community pool within a 20-minute radius of New Trier Township.

Meeting Competitive Swimming Demand

The Facts

NTA has invested in a coaching staff with experience coaching swimmers to national championships and international competitions; this facility would allow NTA to continue to attract top coaching talent and achieve economies of scale with regard to costs per swimmer.

Swimming grew by 25% at NTA in 2023. We are currently at capacity for our swimming programming.

Every year at least one state championship is held outside of Illinois due to lack of facilities. A state-of-the-art facility will bring national and international competition to the area.

The country’s top clubs have 1000+ members; increasing our capacity allows us to compete at the highest levels

Meeting Water Polo Demand

The Facts

NTA has invested in an international coaching staff with experience at all levels of the sport; this facility would allow NTA to continue to attract top coaching talent and achieve economies of scale with regard to costs per swimmer.

NTA is the most successful club in the Midwest yet it is the only team in the area without an “all deep” pool; NO games or tournaments can be hosted without this capacity.

NTA is not able to expand programming to players under the age of 12 due to pool limitations. Reaching players at a young age is an important building block for a successful program.
